I had my carpet cleaned by Toby and was beyond impressed. Not only did he work around my schedule, he came back to do a spot that needed hit again around my schedule! He was very polite, helpful and accommodating. He made me feel very valued as a customer and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They stand by their service and will make sure you're 100% happy! Very great company!
The guys were great! Very professional and pleasant. Explained in detail how they planned on tackling the pet stain area in my apartment and what to expect over the next several days. Guarantee was Explained as well. Would definitely recommend. Carpet looks and feels better than when I moved in!
I've never used a company who does such a beautiful job. I've tried other companies in the past but will only stay with Chem Dry. Toby and Carl aren't just great people to work with but very conscious of their work. If you're wanting to get your carpet or furniture cleaned, this is the company for you. They handle more than what I just mentioned also.
Carl was punctual, hard working and did a fantastic job restoring filthy carpets after renters moved out. We highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again!
