I have been taking my dry cleaning here for a couple years now and have always had positive experiences. Plus the dog is awesome :)

One of the worst customer experiences I've had. Cranky counter service appears to be the norm. I spoke directly with the owner and the last thing on his mind is making the customer happy. Poor communication, poor service, really quite pathetic. They close on unexpected days (Saturday, even though the hours posted on the door says they are open Saturdays!), so you can't pickup your clothes. Inconvenient as possible. So many other options, give your business to someone else, I will be.

Owner is terrible and has no idea what a question is. If you ask about other ways of cleaning something she likes to say that shes been doing this for years and you have no right to tell her anything.
