Always a great experience, staff is professional, experienced and polite. No long waits and scheduling is always convenient. No haggling or plus selling pressures. This office focuses on dentistry and taking care of the patient.

I found Dr Lai a few years ago and moved away. Needless to say, I came back. He is totally worth the drive. He’s an amazing dentist, the entire staff is so great. I feel completely comfortable with them. Have recommended him to several people and they are all very happy with his services, too.

Fast and friendly. That’s how my visit was. Who wants to spend their day at the dentist? Not me. My last appointment was at 10:15am and I was done at 10:30am. They got me in early and out early. Thanks!

I hadn't been to a dentist in a long while so needless to say i was nervous...but once i got there from the receptionist to the staff they made the whole experience very pleasant. Since then ive referred my family to go see them...Great dentist hands down
