Last week I had an excellent experience in St. Catharines Kintec! Mike was super friendly and accommodating, offering quality customer service while also giving some suggestions for best shoe fit/comfort. I couldn’t be more pleased with the boots I bought and will definitely be a repeat customer in the future. Lol, I actually went back today to pick up the shoes in the same brand as the boot because they were that comfy. Thanks for all your help Mike! 5 stars!
My husband required orthotics as directed by surgeon. Advised to go there for appropriate shoe choices and fit. Mike was both knowledgeable and extremely helpful in navigating their selection, scanning feet for sizing and arriving at the best possible fit. So impressed I found a great fitting runner for myself. Mike took time with us and answered all questions. We’ll definitely be going back!
I was referred to Kintec by my foot specialist. I'm a runner and have typically bought my shoes at a running store. I dropped by one day not knowing what to expect. Corey took me through the process of foot analysis and got me on the treadmill as well. He quickly had several shoes for me to try on and from these I ended up selecting the Hoka's. I have a wide toe box and was also looking for a good cushioning shoe as I age. These fit the bill and I'm happy to say they feel great. Probably the most comfortable shoes I've run in and they have a nice rebound to them! I highly recommend you go check them out for great service and products to match.
I highly recommend visiting Kintec. I had the best experience here picking out new running shoes. It was really awesome to get to do a 3D scan of my feet and then Mike explained what the information meant in terms of finding the best shoe. He brought out several shoe options for me to try on and compare and I ended up with one that I actually didn't go in looking for due to Mike's excellent recommendation. Thank you so much!
Who’d have thought new runners could bring tears to your eye? After have toe fusion surgery in September, I thought I’d never walk comfortably again! Today I decided to give this shop a try! I was greeted promptly and I feel my walking issues were very important for my salesperson. He listened intently, measured my feet then he selected the best options for my issue! There were 3 options and I bought 2 of the best choices! I CAN WALK AGAIN PAIN FREE!
What an awesome experience. Mike was very accommodating and very very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything that was going on with my feet and trust me there is a lot going on. Would highly recommend him to everyone! Keep up the great work and great customer service.
I had the pleasure of meeting Mike on Wednesday to start my process of getting back into running! Mike was SO helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed in a proper shoe compared to how my feet/gait worked. I got the most comfortable shoes and insoles and can't wait to get back into it! Corey and Mike are very friendly guys. I come to them every year, the service is quick and straightforward. The orthotics definitely help me while I'm doing my 12 hours shifts at work.
Sharing the excellent experience I had today with Mike at the Kintec store, or perhaps I should say, foot clinic, in St. Catharine's. After the 3D foot sizing and walking on a treadmill, Mike took the time to explain why I was experiencing the foot pain I have. And suggested some things to help in terms of my stride and walking pattern. I did buy some shoes and did so with more confidence than I had ever done before. Thanks Mike. Jamie
