Lagoon Pools & Spas

Have been using lagoon pools and spas for a few years now for their fantastic opening and closing special... I pick my date and they have always been there on the date requested. They even give a reminder call before which is great for me as I forget appointments :). This year my pump failed and the owner came out on a Sunday to complete the work as he didn't want me without a pump. He went above and beyond and was very kind to spend the time and explain some questions I had regarding my pool. Excellent workmanship and would highly recommend to family and friends

This pool company was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I placed a call to this company because our pool liner was "floating". The service gentlemen came the same day and fixed our issue right away. I was also a new pool owner and knew very little about pools and its mechanics. Dan took the time to explain some pool basics and how to balance the chemicals in my pool. I would recommend them.

Problem with communication, called for services several times, nobody responds or initiates service call. After waiting for 2 weeks I give up and will find different pool service. Since Tropical pools sold their service contracts to Mirage pools in Burlington, Lagoon pools has a perfect opportunity to extend their local Ancaster services and business. However, Lagoon pools seems to have a different sense of business and sense of customer service.

My mom had the worst experience with these guys. They took so long coming to open the pool and had a ridicoulous excuse every time for the no show. After they finally opened up the pool they didnt even bother cleaning it or adding any chemicls and she had to get them on her own and they said in order to clean and add more chemicals it was 250 dollars more. Highly do not recommend this place for any service work
