Every summer we spend time in Knox at the campground so we are here a lot. Cheryl and the crew at ladybug are exceptional. Whenever I go in the staff is always working hard to keep the place clean. As a manager I know how hard it is to find a staff that'll work that well. I've only had a problem with a machine once and the attendant was right there to help. I dont know how anyone could give these people anything other than a 5! By the way... I'm happy NOT to watch the Bears while doing my laundry!

It's a decent laundromat, relatively clean, and there is tv, massage chair and snacks. The machines are in good order most times. I just wish they were 24 hours like in Valparaiso.
