Coolwood Cleaners

I have been a customer for many years and have appreciated the service. However, my last visit I took in my brand new favorite top for professional cleaning. It was returned to me with blotches on it. I asked for the owner, James, to call me, but he never did. He had is counter help tell me, "that he just followed the instructions, not his fault", and he doesn't like the quality of items from Dress Barn and Lane Bryant. Considering I have been a client for many years, he did not have the decency to call me per my request OR offer any discount or compensation for the destruction of my item. Their reply, "we didn't charge you for the cleaning!" I work for a small company and know that certain compensations can be extended in the name of customer service and loyalty - but this owner does not see the value in that! I would NOT recommend this cleaner to anyone as customer appreciation means nothing here. Good luck to patrons until they have an issue.

This place has been great for me. I was happy when they moved to my neighborhood, because the other nearby cleaner's, Crown, had horrible customer service. Coolwood has been the complete opposite. The woman there (the only employee I've ever seen there) is very warm, friendly, and service-oriented. She has remembered my name ever since my second time there or so, even though I'm only there once every several weeks or even months. Their work is excellent and their prices fair, but the customer service is what makes the difference.
