They are friendly and do a great job. Downside is that they are more expensive than other cleaners in the area. I have had dress pants, suits, dresses, blouses and wool coats cleaned here and they have always done a great job.

Gotta agree with the above zero stars comment. I've been there several times. First, at least three times I'm 2-3 feet away from the employee at the desk being completely ignored for up to 3 minutes.....which is kind of a long time to sit there in uncomfortable silence. Second, good luck getting in. Walk ins are in the morning when most people are at work. Appointments after 12, tough to make because they are always booked. Third I had a lot of scrub pants altered, and I'll admit this is kind of my fault, but....several pants were done and I really didn't wear them for a few weeks because I was on vacation, on pair was totally not touched but placed in the plastic and paid for. Shame on me for not checking at the time but also sloppy work.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I took my wedding gown for alterations at Mercury cleaners. It was very disappointing to find out on my wedding day that my gown was never completed. The bustle was not completed which resulted in my gown having to be tied in a knot to be held up. Also, Karen said she would sew loops in to hold the hanger straps of my gown in place. She never did this either. 90% of my professional photos are ruined because of these straps hanging out. I paid a hundred dollars more to have my gown altered here than at the salon where I purchased it because if the convenience of having it done locally. Now I wish I hadn't.
