We are so grateful to Ladybug Daycare for being such a loving, nurturing, and inspiring space for our daughter Inchara. She joined at just 1.8 years old, and today, as she turns 4 and graduates from daycare, we look back with so much gratitude and joy.nnFrom day one, the teachers have been incredibly caring, patient, and creative — always bringing new activities, stories, and learning experiences that made every day exciting for her. They helped her grow in confidence, curiosity, and independence, while also teaching her kindness, routines, and values that we deeply appreciate.nnLadybug Daycare truly became a second home for Inchara . She learned, played, made friends, and was always surrounded by warmth and encouragement. As parents, it gave us great peace of mind knowing she was in such safe and loving hands.nnSpecial thank to Ms Reena and thank you to each and every teacher at Ladybug for being such a beautiful part of her early years. Some of the staff at this center are kind and caring and would likely thrive in a more professionally run environment. The daycare itself is located in the basement of a church and feels quite dated. While the general level of care was acceptable, my child was frequently ill—almost every other week—during our time here.nnCommunication at this daycare is extremely poor. The only way the daycare communicates with parents is through Instagram, and there are no consistent daily updates unless parents follow up themselves.nnOn one occasion, after I followed up, I was told only that my child was slightly warm before his nap and that he was not engaging or eating. When I picked him up, I discovered my son wasn't just warm, but feverish! I immediately took him to a walk-in clinic, where the doctor told me had a 40° temperature and referred us to the hospital. We spent the remainder of the day receiving medical care.nnAt pickup earlier that same day, I asked for my child’s pacifier, and the caregiver retrieved it from a COMMUNAL container holding multiple children’s PACIFIERS. When I later raised this concern via email, I was told the pacifiers are sterilized and therefore stored together. However, no details were provided regarding these sterilization practices, and I never received a follow-up response.nnRegardless, storing pacifiers communally raises serious hygiene and safety concerns and is unacceptable in a childcare setting.nnOverall, the lack of proper communication, questionable hygiene practices, and failure to clearly inform parents about serious health concerns make this center deeply concerning
Ladybug Daycare has been an incredible place for my daughter this past year. The teachers were caring, patient and go above and beyond to make sure all the kids feel loved, safe and excited to learn. We’ve seen Zaara grow as a humble, caring, empathetic and thriving in such a nurturing environment, as parents we always felt supported and reassured.nnWe are truly grateful for the wonderful experience and would wholeheartedly recommend Ladybug to any family looking for a best start for their little ones.!!

We had such a positive experience with Ladybug Daycare over the past two years. The team truly provides exceptional childcare services. The educators are wonderfully caring, loving, and creative, with a teaching style that promotes self-sufficiency, much like Montessori. We saw her grow in independence with dressing, bathroom routines, and meal times. Also the team is highly creative in their activities. We appreciated the easy communication with staff and always looked forward to the daily photo updates that showed our daughter having a blast. Plus, having direct access to the gorgeous park by the church was fantastic for the children's outdoor play. I highly recommend Lady Bug Daycare
