Extremely rude Gastroenterology staff. Got diagnosed and hospitalized with UC in February and came here for a follow up regarding treatment, and follow up colonoscopy. Gastro Dr made me cry in office after I waited 30 minutes to see them, told me I didn’t have UC and I was misdiagnosed and wouldn’t let me speak, put his hand up in my face and told me that’s his opinion and i can go elsewhere. Didn’t even have a chance to say anything back as he walked out of the room with the door wide open, and refused to make eye contact with me. Very confused by the encounter, felt like I didn’t something wrong as the patient, although not even saying anything and being very polite. Extremely unprofessional as I have been suffering with gastro issues for 2 years now, in and out of the hospital, and taking serious biologics. i wasn’t listened to at all and I would not recommend this office to anyone.

They got me a appointment pretty quick but I was in the waiting room for almost a hr.

My doctor joined this group. This office staff is rude and treat you like a inconvience. Never get test results or bloodwork results now. Never return calls. The receptionist is definitely the rudest one in the office. My doctor had changed like he has to match the course of treatment they think is best. I’ve been with my doctor since the nineties and I considering changing because of this office. Worst doctors office experience

Amanda is the best Cosmetic Injector in the Scranton/ NEPA area. She is very talented, passionate and a perfectionist at her work. I value those qualities in someone, I trust with my face. I have never been disappointed with any of the services, I have had with Amanda in the past year. I trust in her honest opinion & continue to follow her recommendations for my skin care and concerns. I trust Amanda and LMG Cosmetics implicitly. She is always honest about results and extremely skilled. I've had both fillers and Botox with excellent results. Visit are comfortable with virtually no waiting. She follows up 2 weeks after every treatment to check in on results/concerns. Can't recommend LMG highly enough. Called and called no call back took test in June still don’t have results Rude people there. They just don’t care!
