Dr. Thomas Jordan, MD

This is one of the worst Dr's I have seen in awhile. I emailed my primary care physician to exactly what and how this doctor was going do to me. He was rude and at my first visit did not care to listen to my issues or problems just blew me off. He said go to PT, get an MRI come back see me etc.... Hello Dr? He was gone, already setting me up for a hip replacement. So after my MRI, of course Dr. Jordan was just about drooling on the ground. Mind you I did have a steroid shoot in the area that was causing pain, it helped, but I am on pain meds for a back issue. I told the Dr., unless I am confined to a wheelchair I am not getting that surgery. He told me pain meds do not work for my condition, I explained I stop taking my pain meds to see what effect it would have on my hip, not to my surprise I was in pain. So he lied directly to my face, I told the Dr. that currently I am not in a wheelchair or wheelchair bound. I asked could you guarantee your surgery would not cripple me and put in a wheelchair. The Dr. said nothing at all, see writing a prescription does not cost 50k, I was not who the doctor expected me to be. A piece of meat on a table, so he could big bang the insurance company. I have correspondence with my PCP regarding the above, just needed that last visit to confirm it. Please whatever you do, get a second opinion, a third, just stay away from this Dr. unless you want a fast track to the operating room. For now god willing I am able to walk with my cane and no insurance gouging Dr. is cutting me up...... One more thing, the Dr. told me it was unethical to help me with my pain (unless I got surgery), I told him from where I was sitting he was very unethical, at which point I fired him.... Yes you can do that people, you always have choices....
