Northeastern Eye Institute

Moved to 3 different rooms and back to the waiting room. Was told I was next twice and only saw the doctor after he was busy waiting on other patients. What a mess! Truly the worst run clinic I have ever had the displeasure of visiting.

Way way over priced and not very pleasant in short save more than half and go to another place for exam and glasses and contacts. They got my prescription wrong on glasses. Then got my wifes wrong on both glasses and contacts.

No regard for personal time. There is no reason to keep patients for 3 hours for a regular appointment. They are overscheduling. Everyone in waiting room was complaining. It's obvious that the process is broken.

Overall, great experience with them. I had LASEK done and got a great deal for my money. These procedures are going to be pricey, but you can't really put a price on eyesight. The staffeta were wonderful, some of the most helpful staff at any doctors office I've ever been to. Don't get "bargain" eye surgery elsewhere, they are worth every penny here trust me. P.S. I'm terribly squeamish with my eyes and the doctor did just fine on my eyes and the surgery must have taken less than 10 minutes! No excuses go get your LASEK/LASEK with them now!!

Northeastern Eye Institute is the only optometrist center I'll visit. Excellent facility, great staff, and phenomenal doctor's that care about the patients more than they care about any of the numbers. Interacting with them is a refreshing experience no matter the news. The facility is contemporary with some of the best equipment available for servicing a patient and the place is spotless/well kept during all hours and visits throughout the day. Easily accessible in Scranton, plenty of parking, I'll be driving three hours for my visits there just because I feel comfortable at Northeastern Eye Institute. Highly Recommend for patients of all ages.
