Labow Florist & Gift Shop

What was ordered (purple full arrangement) and what was delivered today. I have never had a bad experience from here, but this is just SO upsetting! And these were for a little girl who just had surgery and who's favorite color is purple, which was stated MANY times!

We ordered through ProFlowers who put my order through this place. We got an email saying the flowers were delivered...but they weren't. Not sure who marked them as delivered, or who they gave them to...but, it wasn't to my wife or our neighbors. So I call Proflowers and ask where they are. Then, probably an hour later the flowers were actually delivered. These flowers are limp, half dead and completely not even close to what I ordered. I placed an order for a premium bouqet and what I got looked more like a dollar store presentation. I'd say the bouquet was maybe a quarter of what it was supposed to be. This is the second time we have gotten a more than sad presentation from this florist. There are a LOT better places to go and I will be sure not to order through an online company who is apparently using the bottom of the barrel florists to rush their orders. Seek elsewhere if you don't want your recipient to look disappointed and have you look like a total cheap skate. These flowers cost me $80 and I could have gotten better ones at the grocery store for $12.99.

Horrible flower shop. Extremely disappointed. I placed an order directly through TeleFlora and the order ended up sent to this shop. What a disappointment. They tried to pull a fast one on me by giving me cheap flowers and not what I ordered. It wasn't even close to similar. I ordered a pink and orange rose bouquet and received yellow daisies! This place will rip you off if you are not careful! I would recommend spending your money on flowers elsewhere. I am expecting a re-delivery today with what I ordered. Hope it shows up or I will have to be back on the phone one more time yelling at this place. Couldn't be any more disappointed than I am. This place is a joke! For a $50 bouquet I expected to get what I paid for, roses! Not daisies! I could have done way better myself at the grocery store floral department! What a joke! 😡

Some people are never happy... I am guessing the negative post is from some degenerate. I have never got a bad arrangement from LaBow.

My mother in Law ordered me a fruit basket for Valentine's Day... Not only were they a day late.. they showed up at my house with a dollar store laundry basket, and fruit straight from the grocery store with the stickers still on it. This has to be a joke, right?
