Crystal Orchid Florist

The most gorgeous birthday arrangement came yesterday from a friend. Didn’t know about this florist in my own town . Will certainly be using them when I need flowers from now on!

Absolutely amazing! I have been going there for 13 years and it has been a delight every time! Brandie is always caring and easy to work with. There is always a great selection of flowers and gifts! Over the years, this florist has been my go-to spot for gifts and other items. Nobody does flowers like Crystal Orchid!

We hired Crystal Orchid for flowers for our wedding, and they were beautiful! I went in only knowing I liked blue hydrangeas, but I showed Brandi some photos and she took care of the rest. She was incredibly helpful and easy to work with, and dealt with all our last minute requests smoothly. : All of the flowers were perfect, and I definitely recommend Crystal Orchid!

Brandi and her staff did a beautiful job on the flowers for our wedding a couple of weeks ago. Wedding season is always hectic for vendors of all kinds, and they were perfectly professional at all times. The initial appointment to go over ideas was super helpful, and the communication prior to the big day was great. On the day of, the arrangements were nothing but superb. Delivered on time, set up and ready to go. We received many compliments.

I had to share a thought about Chrystal Orchid. I am a long time customer of the location when it was next to golden rod. I can honestly say that this place ALWAYS made my Christmas complete. If I was not feeling the Xmas spirit, all I had to do was go into that store and it made me feel more in the Xmas spirit! If I waited till a week before Xmas I could probably get a bunch of incredibly wonderful gift in this store. It was the definition of Xmas. I LOVED everything about that store, the owner and all the employees were always smiling and incredibly helpful. I went in the other day, to their new location and my heart was broken, the girl at the counter could care less in helping me, and all she could say was that the old location was 5?years ago. I had been to the new location a couple of times, in the last couple of years. And I always thought in the back of my mind, I sure hope they pack this place full of wonderful Xmas gift idea items closer to Xmas. I know the place was always 1st and foremost a florist, but still always had an amazing inventory of wonderful gifts to buy for anyone at anytime of the year. I went in to help me with getting my Xmas spirit up, and trying to help support local business. My heart dropped when I walked in, and I had trouble finding something to spend money on in the store... This is NOT a bad review in ANYWAY, but I will now have to find another charming little store to take the place of what the original Chrystal Orchid lost in the relocation. My apologies

Bought a spring bouquet for my daughters concert, got a call almost immediately that they did not have the flowers in the photo represented but would offer a arrangement similar. Ive had this before and was underwhelmed not from here They delivered a beautiful arrangement and my daughter was thrilled

I am always relaxed when I enter Crystal Orchid as well, it is inviting and nice to walk around to look at the flowers and little gifts. Brandie makes gorgeous custom orders and helps with decisions. She is a treasure. I love this place.

Brandi did a great job with a recent arrangement that I ordered. Crystal Orchid is the best florist around.

I have lived in Manchester, NH for the last 7years and I felt compelled to write this review about my experience with this particular flower shop....I have ordered flowers from here twice in the past 3 weeks and must say that the pictures on the website don't even do justice to how incredible the display of flowers you receive are....Hats off to the Owner and staff of this flower shop....
