I was greeted by the most knowledgeable and accommodating representative possible. She made sure that I was completely comfortable with the Lazy Boy recliner that I selected. That process took a while because there were so many to select from and I had specific qualities that I wanted included. I thought the selection of the fabric was going to be tough, but she pulled fabrics for me to compare and guided me right to a beautiful blue that closed the deal and now I am happily waiting for the delivery!  She was enthusiastic to the end and a perfect delight to have helping me.

We really enjoyed our shopping experience at La-Z-Boy. Not pressured at any point. We were greeted by the store’s interior designer and we discussed our needs briefly and she then gave us guidance on where to find what we were looking for. We landed on an option and discussed details with her with plans to return to buy. We returned and were helped by another associate who worked with us to place our order. I’m excited to receive our chair! We hope to return for future furniture needs.

I know the quality is great and the sales lady spent a loooong time with us being indecisive.  The reason why I didn’t say 5 stars: There were a few times I said, “I just need to take some time to think about it. “  I wish she would have given my husband and I a moment to talk.  The thought process would have moved along faster without a sales representative constantly by us.  Overall it was a good experience, and next time I’ll be more blunt about needing space to think.

We've purchased furniture from many places and this was by far our best furniture buying experience. John Goode, at the midlothian location, was our sales associate. He was attentive, but not pushy and overbearing. He was knowledgeable about the products and quickly found answers to our questions he didn't know off the top of his head. I can't recommend him enough, very thorough and honest! I'll update this review with our delivery experience and satisfaction with furniture after we receive it.

It was such a pleasure to work with Kayla and Tysheek! Kayla did our design work up and made the process so smooth! She nailed it right off the bat and I felt like she really got me style wise and personality wise. Looking forward to getting our sectional and making our space more functional!

My son and daughter in law purchased a chair from Tysheek, and he was extremely professional, engaging and took the time to make sure their needs were met. Could not have asked for a better salesman, or experience. Highly recommend.

The sales associate was helpful in choosing the right recliner for us and the desired fabric.  The service was quick and the explanation  of the coverage plan was explained well.  We are looking forward to our new recliner.

I was greeted with a smile when I entered the store by Tysheek Blake. I knew the love seat that I was interested and  he took me directly to the Bennett loveseat and gave me all of the details about the product. The love seat covering I was interested in was Lentil. Tysheek  took extra effort to look through all of the color  swatches and ask assistance of the manager in order to locate the swatch. Then he located a chair in the store that was covered with the Lentil. His attention to detail helpfulness and customer service was just outstanding. I purchased the loveseat and left feeling like a valued customer.

I love the comfort of  La Z Boy furniture. The newest styles are comfortable and beautiful. Not being pressured by a salesperson is the icing on the cake. Will return there soon.

Dean was incredibly patient while I was trying to make decisions on the size, style and fabric of the recliner lift chair. I couldn’t have finalized my purchase without his help. Thanks, Dean, for being so considerate. EBR
