Do not buy any thing from this store,they sold me a ripped sofa with full price and when I noticed it they told they are sorry and can not do anything,stay away from this store * even they didn’t bother to respond my email to customer service, worse customer service ever
Wonderful customer service! My hubby & I are looking for a dining table & chairs for our new home and was greeted by Sean. Very helpful by giving us advice and recommendations to all our questions and concerns with our purchase. In addition, Sean was always very good at responding to my emails in a timely manner with the take home samples. Can't wait till our purchase arrives & highly recommend Jordans Home in Richmond. Completely unprofessional sales behavior. Our family went to the store and saw a sofa that we liked on a Tuesday. We let the sales person know we were interested and would like the dimensions to check if it will fit in our living room. After checking we called the sales person back on Thursday to let them know that we would like to buy it and will be making the purchase on the next Tuesday. The sales person said it was no problem, and that she will be holding the sofa for us. Nonetheless on Sunday we received a call to say that the sofa has been sold. Not only did she lie about putting the sofa on hold, she also blamed us for not going to the store on the weekend to buy it first. This is totally unacceptable behavior and very poor customer service. When you put an item on hold for a customer, it is should on hold, or at least have the courtesy to call us and ask if we would release the item because another party is interested.
Prateek was awesome. He was professional, friendly and fair in price. We will definitely come back for other purchases.
In the past we had purchased a Handstone Verona dining room set with matching side sideboard beautifully made and we just received our matching Handstone bedside tables and living room side table. We couldn’t be happier. Great quality and fantastic service - thank you again Sean!
Fantastic customer service in dealing with some issues we had with the initial item, went over and above to make sure we got the perfect table in the end. Merilee and Courtney were both incredibly helpful and the guys that came to deliver and install our table on more than one occasion! were very knowledgable, punctual and professional.
Awesome store. Great location. I go in often for new inspirations. Lots of great and contemporary ideas to suits all kinds of home. I love all their neutral colors they have a great selection. We just bought a beautiful couch set and we are going back in may to purchase the "hug me" bed. Look it up. Thanks for a great shopping experience and great customer service.
Passed by this location all the time when I'm going in and out of Richmond. Finally dropped in one day after a very unsuccessful day of furniture shopping and was pleasantly surprised at what they had to offer. Everything is tastefully designed and interesting to look at. Because of the wide variety of styles they carry and the quality of furniture pieces they have, I ended up walking out with a amazing dining table that both fit my budget and my apartment. The store manager Sean is a absolute pleasure to talk to and extremely experienced in both the products he carries and how it would fit into your home. Would definitely start dropping by on a regular basis when I'm in the area.
We ordered a dining room Table and side board from Jordans . Our Sales person, Lynda and help from Mona, were great and the manager went way over and above to help the process. I would like to also say their delivery team were experts as any who had moved knows moving large items is an art and our townhouse is at best difficult at worst next to impossible to turn corners and get through our door . They set up the table , chairs and sideboard even put together the shelves inside the side board . They took away all the wrapping and I would like to add they wrapped each piece superbly so no scratches on moving in the furniture . We can hardly wait for our matching coffee Table and end table which will be delivered in a few weeks . I have read where people were upset by the time frame . I was concerned but in hindsight that is beyond Jordan's control . All in all you pay for quality and they back it up with service .
