Dealt with owner/manager here - name started with "D" I believe. The modern look of most of this furniture at the cost they were selling at was what attracted me to this store in the first place. I came here on multiple visits to make sure on stock and availability and got pretty good service. In the end, I spent over $2700 on a bedframe (storage in the bottom), dining table, 2 dining chairs and 3 barstools. The overall experience was good. I am not a big fan of the delivery charge. However, what I can say is that when there was a problem with the dining table installation (i noticed after a day), I called the owner and the owner called the nearest installation people and came to my unit to fix it right away - within a day. So i was quite impressed with that service. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the quality of the furniture is not amazing but it does the trick. If I wanted quality, then I would have to spend $2000+ more. So, it's my fault really but still good furniture. Go here. It's worth it!

I bought a nice grey leather sectional from here and had an awesome customer experience. The lady who works there was very accommodating to my requests and addressed all my concerns about real and fake leather. Great service, great product, and great price. Will refer to family and friends.

We had a good experience at this store, the bedroom set we purchased was brand new to Canada and the sales person we had wasn't sure about the product, but quickly found a person to answer our questions for us. The service was overall great, efficient and friendly. The store looks very comfortable. There are many types of furniture to look at. My parents want to buy the black bullfrog sectional sofa at the front of the showroom but they are not on sale yet. That's why I didn't give 5 stars. They have very simple colours that easily matches our home. The sofa are very simple, grande and contemporary style which is design by the Germans. The leather quality is ideally smooth and soft. The round coffee table matches the bullfrog sofa very well, it will look perfect in my living room. They could also import some very sharp colour furniture, because it only looks comfortable in a home but does not stand out and give a focal point.
