First time customer at this place - I usually get a massage maybe 3 times a year and I have yet to find a "Go To" spa or place. I may have just found it. At first it was a bit hard to locate it, since it’s hiding behind Local inside the Sportsplex, I am so glad I did not give up my search. From my initial call to inquire to check it out, it was excellent. First off the ladies that work there are all super nice and accommodating.  Coming from a service industry, I am a stickler for customer service and they were just really nice and pleasant. The massage..I can honestly say the massage was the best I have ever had. Karina was amazing. Perfect pressure and totally in tune with my body and issues. Felt great. highly recommend - the scalp massage was a nice added bonus/surprise. The relaxing room that I was taken into after my treatment was a nice added touch, I got to relax with some treats and a nice cup of warm tea. Just an overall comfortable and quaint place. Nothing too fancy and yet very clean and cozy. I may have to try a facial and book my massages now. Cheers to La Vie Zen Day Spa and crew!

I've had two great relaxation massages at La Vie Zen.  Both therapists made me feel very comfortable and responded well to what I wanted.  The lighting and music really set a great mood and both times I got so relaxed that I fell asleep.  The after-massage room where you get to relax on a reclining chair with a cup of tea is a very nice touch.  I will definitely go back again.
