Elements Massage

I purchased a Groupon - one time massage certificate for my daughter. She used it in Dec. 2016. When asking her if she wanted a membership - she said no, because she was going to Europe for the semester and that she goes to school in SC. Well, they started charging for a monthly membership. Waiting for a reply as to how they will fix this! They had my cc from purchasing the gift. They had no authorization to charge my card and my daughter did NOT agree to a membership. If the form was initialed or signed by my daughter - she was tricked into it. The owners have contacted my daughter and have come to an agreement. With that said, the summer special should have only been 3 months and my card was still being charged. That has been fixed as well. Thank you!

Superb experience. Calming. Most importantly, the whole experience is low-key and no-stress. Other massage chains harass you to buy expensive packages on your very first visit. None of that behavior is evident at Elements. Also, Ian is one hell of a massage therapist.

Yolie is THE BEST! I can't believe she can sustain the pressure I need on my knots/muscles for the whole 60 minutes. I am an avid Crossfitter and she always finds the knots that are ailing me and gets them out.

I love Elements Massage. The front desk staff are always incredibly friendly, and their therapists are extremely talented at melting away your aches and pains.
