This place is a staple for us on our travels to Ile d'Orléans. The poutine is incredible. We got the "regular" gravy and tried the "new" black garlic sauce. They're both very good. Jean François is a fantastic host, incredibly friendly and has a genuine interest in greeting all who come by his farm. The pictures below are of a large and it was enough to feed four.

Good, a must to try. Foie gras poutine is a must to try, but nothing culinary special about it, but dont get me wrong, it was good! A bit too pricy, but it is as good as it gets for a Îles d'Orléans attraction!

Poutine fried in duck fat served with duck gravy! The place has a passion for good food.
