This is our second time visitng Quebec and for the first time in subway we got an excellent customer service. His name is Richard, 10/10 for customer service and he made one of the best footlongs.
“HAIR IN MY SUBWAY”nHad long queue and only 2 people working. We all are vegetarians, but they didn’t care and touched meat with the same gloves and made our sandwich. While eating I found a hair in my sub and he was like sorry but there is nothing I can do. Like seriously!!
Location is close to tourist attractions. We stopped here for Lunch. This location was busy, but fast moving service. Place is clean, has plenty of seats, plenty of parking. When we went there they where baking fresh bread, loved the fresh bread. Staff was very friendly and accommodating in making our sandwich just as we wanted.
The server was amazing. We didn’t understand French but she was so helpful and patient. Thank you!
Worst customer service, no good options available for vegetarian, the staff was very rude
