La Quinta Inn & Suites Kalispell

Super friendly check-in! Very welcoming lobby. Rooms were large and well decorated. Our room was very clean. The 24 hour pool and hot tub are a huge plus! Great room, great price, great amenities at a great price. Will definitely stay here in the future!

All off the staff, from front desk to housekeeping, were very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. The room was very clean, and guest services were very prompt. Breakfast was good, also, as there was plenty to choose from. Excellent location, though a little tricky to get to as the turn off from the highway is kind of a switchback from where my GPS told me to turn. Overall, 5/5 stars.

My experience at La Quinta was above and beyond what I was expecting. I was going on a ski trip with my daughter and La Quinta, at first, simply fell into my price range. What we got though was a mind blowing experience. All the staff members were incredibly kind and helpful! Even guided me to a great mechanic in the area to look at my car. The rooms were immaculate. And it was a great surprise to have a microwave, dishes and sink like a little mini kitchen. Great breakfast selection to wake up to! Fresh baked cookies to come back to! The pool was consistently cleaned and it's levels checked, so I felt very comfortable in the water. The whole experience was simply wonderful. I would choose La Quinta every time I travel to Kalispell.

We have stayed at this La Quinta a lot in the past ten years while visiting the area. We were disappointed this time though. Their lobby was way better before the remodel. No ice machines on main floor and the business area was gone. Front desk lady would not honor my member points. Pool was cold, but very clean. Rooms were comfortable and breakfast was nice, but it's not the same MT La Quinta we remember. Tried taking my little 3 lb dog out, to go potty, and we were greeted by a unruly/ vicious pitbull at the outside door. The woman screamed at me she had no control over him. Scary that La Quinta staff would allow an unruly dangerous dog like that on the premises. Housekeepers were the only nice ones. Front desk evening and morning crew were unfriendly and unhelpful. Sadly we will have to find a new place next time we visit.

Do not sleep in room 114 or on the third level above the cafeteria. The chairs sliding all night, and then early morning for breakfast, kept me up. They are so annoying and when I'm wanting a restful night's sleep, I didn't get one. The staff does a great job. It is clean and newly renovated. But the walls are thin you can hear everybody in the hallway and everybody above you squeaking their dang chairs.
