La Quinta Inn & Suites Butte

Check in was great. Room was nice and clean - BUT, they booked little kids above us(no objection to kids) and beginning @ 1:30am to 5am, they were running and jumping and jumping and jumping!! The jumping never stopped the running never stopped! !The phone in our room didn't work so I tried calling on my cell to see if management could get this to stop. NO ANSWER! Many calls..Needless to say, many miles ahead of us AND TIRED. I should have complained at checkout but needed to leave and couldn't wait for desk person to be free. Still can't understand why they didn't answer phone.

Nice and clean, the room was a bit crowded with 2 queen beds in it. It might have been better with just a king size bed but it was comfortable. Service was friendly and breakfast was hot.

Wonderful stay!!! Always looking for pet friendly hotels and La Quinta delivered with a free pet policy (up to 2 pets). Room was super clean with a mini-fridge that we used to keep our sandwiches. They are also military friendly which was a blessing. Just a fantastic staff and stay. There is also a playground a walk down the hill that my child loved for his relaxing!

First off I want to thank Ashlie for the her incredible kindness from the moment I called to make the reservation to this afternoon when I needed one more room because we are competly snowed in. She actually brought the key to my room. My family and I were traveling for a family funeral in Washington state. I am from Las Vegas Nevada we were only staying in Butte for 8 hrs to sleep and take off to Spokane. About 200 miles out we started to run into snow, by 3:00 am it was a total storm. I crawled into Butte. She and Thaine have made my stay so nice I can't say enough. We will be here 3 nights and I am actually looking forward to it. Hoping the weather clears.

I really want to like this hotel. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff were very kind and helpful. First off, everyone need to know that this isn't just a pet-friendly hotel, rather, it's a destination spot for those with dogs. I like dogs, but not when I find DOG HAIR on my "clean" pillow case. Again, I like dogs, but not when they wake up our entire family at 6am BARKING! We booked an executive king suite with a sofa sleeper. The sofa sleeper was so bad that my 5 and 4 year old boys opted to sleep on the FLOOR. Will not, ever, be staying at a La Quinta. To be fair, if you are single or a couple traveling with dogs, this is your hotel! No families.
