Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Butte

Tabitha at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She did her job well and helped us with finding places for dinner. She even searched out hot chocolate for us as we didn't want the coffee or tea that was provided. She is an asset to the customer service industry. The hotel is nice and clean and appears well looked after.

I LOVED this hotel. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly the breakfast was really good. Out of about 30 hotels we've stayed at this summer, including some fancy schmancy ones, this was the most comfortable and my favorite. We usually sleep, shower and leave, this one we lingered and even sat by the fire for a bit.

Definitely one of the best we have stayed in. Top-notch personnel and infrastructure. Never seen a jacuzzi and pool so clean, and rooms are great. Bill themselves as best in the state, and we believe it. Highly recommended.

For the dear cost to stay here my room had a terrible shower head, no safety latch on door, and overall below par on cleanliness. The mattress was too soft. Carpet in room very worn w/questionable cleanliness. Furniture in first floor area sub-par re/cleanliness. How can it be that I stayed at Holiday Inn Express at Belgrade, MT and it was Over the Top GREAT in Every Way......and I paid the same amt. for this Holiday Inn Express in Butte and it was sadly terrible...... Desk staff was Friendly but for the price to stay here quality is terrible. Regarding management's reply to this post I was the occupant.

Wonderful hotel. Beautiful appointments. Worth every penny. So happy they put shower only in bathroom. Lovely tile materials.
