Visited the coffee shop recently after the pandemic and the quality and atmospherr is just as great as before! The service and staff are very warm and freindly as well. Orders are done very well ans fast /efficent. A whole lot of healthy foods and vareity as well..

Stopped by for lunch take-out and was not disappointed. Due to COVID there were limited options but they had all the different kinds of sandwiches, wraps and paninis - so I didn't find their options limited at all. I ordered the chipotle chicken wrap and it tasted fresh, wholesome and tasty. Also got the chocolate biscotti and coffee to accompany my lunch and they were delicious as well. The server was very friendly and kind.

Catered in a fantastic office lunch for 20 people. La Prep was efficient in taking the catering order and delivering a fantastic meal, on time! Due to COVID-19 precautions, we ordered the individualized Lunch Boxes. They were enjoyed by all. We will be catering with La Prep again in the future.

the options here are amazing, they provide a lot of variety and healthy options too. new management is very warm and friendly as well !!

Visited lunchtime on a Wednesday. Friendly and efficient service with a well maintained and clean dining area. A large selection of choices although I only popped in for a drink. There was a choice of two green teas and the tropical green tea I decided on was a nice change.

New management made changes, fresh food, well maintained and clean area, it changed than before and definitely worth to give them a shot. Great thanks to Gorji the new manager who made all these changes. Highly recommended.

Rude and unprofessional service ! Food is of low standards or equal to Mc Donald’s but worse with no taste and bland ! Over priced with little portions . Even if the food was amazing because of their lack of customer service skills I would not think about going here twice and will recommend to all my co workers not to go here as well because of their horrible customer service skills !

Now open on Saturday Mornings? Perfect. Can get a workout at Goodlife and a fresh healthy breakfast next door.
