My wife and I went there around 4pm, I guess it was down time. People had their lunch already and dinner people had not shown up yet. The girl who served us was extremely nice and attentive. We asked for margaritas pizza, calamari and Minestrone, but since it had a bit of bacon which my wife doesn't like its taste, she changed it to Poached pear salad. The salad happened to be my wife's favorite, I loved the pizza. The only downer was calamari which was very oily. We both love calamari and usually is one of the item we order, don't remember have had anywhere before like that. We actually didn't feel great about half an hour after we left we stopped at a store to get sparkling water, that helped. All said, don't feel is fair to give less than 4 star just because of one item, things happen and it might've been our luck on that. It has a funky colors and looks clean. We wouldn't mind to go back again. Kid-friendliness: The girl who served us was very attentive.
We came to find out what avocado smash is. The atmosphere was good, it was chill not that busy during weekdays. Price is a bit high but I enjoyed the food especially mussels and calamari……..we were here for a quick bite, I was very satisfied and don’t mind to come back to visit again.Food: 4/5
The experience overall was pretty underwhelming and absolutely unworthy. The restaurant was very crowded, loud and perhaps thus why our waiter was so slow. The dishes didn't taste very well, especially the below depicted Penne Arrabbiata. The pasta was not only a super small portion in comparison to the high price, it also did taste very bland and the spiciness was the only thing noticeable, way too noticeable no joke, store-bought Arrabbiata tastes better. All in all, the atmosphere and the waiter weren't great, combined with bad, too expensive dishes, this restaurant cannot be recommended to anyone. Vegetarian options: The selection of vegetarian dishes was small. Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is not wheelchair accessible.
Wonderful experience! The food was just the right size and exactly as described. The seafood tagliatelle had a lovely creamy sauce, and pear salad was fresh, fruity and very filling if you add a chicken breast to it. The chicken was a little dry but quite flavourful. Our server was very friendly and her recommendations were very apt. All in all a good experience.
Overall experiences were good. Nice food and friendly servers. The portion was not that generous though. I would go back there again.Food: 5/5
It's Whistler so I'd like to think the price reflects the price of having a dinner at an outside patio in Whistler Underwhelming is perfect word to describe the experience. I had vongole. Pasta was overcooked, sauce barely had any clam taste, noodle was not sauced properly, with a side of an awfully disturbingly tiny portion. I pay expecting to be served with a food that taste at least slightly better than what I can cook. To label these foods as Italian is sacrilegious. Call it a training facility for a culinary school and it'd make a perfect sense
This place is racist. Our food was okay, server was okay too. But when one guy delivered food to our table, he said “itadakimasu” to us. Well, first of all, we are NOT Japanese, he said Japanese to us only because we looked Asian. Secondly, in Japanese that’s what you say before you eat your own food. He’s not even using proper Japanese to do this. That’s disrespecting both our culture and Japanese culture. We were too tired to argue with him back then, but after this disappointment encounter we will never go back again.
Vegan meatballs were very good! I wish they have more vegan options, I’d love to eat these meatballs with spaghetti or potatoes as a main dish!Food: 5/5
This is a place we really enjoyed on our trip to whistler. The place has a very beautiful feeling and decor to it… quite unique for being in the village. The food was just extra delicious. We were so glad to try this place out while we were there. I don’t think I have anything negative to say.
Guess they got rent to pay and it's a prime location. Maybe I forgot how expensive whistler is. But man the value is bunk. Smallest clump of pasta ever for $30 and a sly upsell of 4 small pieces of garlic toast which ended up being $9. Patio ambiance was sorta worth it? Will come back if I have no other place to go.Food: 3/5
