Came here with a group of 16 people on a Friday night, our waiter (Billy) was outstanding and the manager (Dominic) was very accommodating. Food wise, this place is known for their burgers so I highly recommend future clients to order them. Would definitely come again!

I don't eat beef so I can only rate the veggie burger but it is out of this world! Their food isn't the cheapest, but the servings are huge! I struggle to finish my burger, never mind the fries. And their kool-aid pickles are delicious. They have a wide selection of drinks. They have some pretty good sangria. The place is huge and has such an interesting decor. It's always fun to look around at the old TVs and stuff they have laying around. The only complaint I can say is that the music is way too loud. It's great if you want to get up and dance, but we're all here to eat. As for the staff, I usually have good service. The only time I had some questionable service was a few weeks ago when my friends and I went on a busy night without reserving a table. We waited for an hour to get seated because half the place was reserved. Once we were seated, we were immediately given a time to be out of there so we felt a little rushed to eat and pay. On top of that, our waiter was really slow and messed up our bills. Like I said though, they were really busy so I can't blame them. I'd just suggest to only go there early in the day or if you have a reservation.

The atmosphere is great - especially the music - with a very unique decoration. The service is excellent, yet the food might take sometime to be served. When it comes to the burgers, the meat lacks some flavor but it is compensated by the wholesome toppings you order it with. The poutine is great though, with a wide variety of topings in generous portions. Pay a visit!

Went to eat at around 9 with two friends, we were planning on staying and watching the UFC main event, after the waiter had picked up our plates,(our drinks were still full so clearly we weren't planning on leaving anytime soon) he came over and asked us if we were planning on leaving soon or staying to watch the fight because there were people outside waiting to watch the fight, without asking if we needed anything else first or if we wanted the bill. I don't know if this was the waiter's doing or his manager told him to come up to us but it was pretty rude. Customer satisfaction : zero Food : Mediocre

Great classic cheese and bacon burger with home cut fries. The patty was a bit over cooked; however, you could taste the freshness of the whole sandwich. The service was very good but slow; however, the place was packed with a Canadians game showing on the TV. Great atmosphere and charm.
