La Belle et La Boeuf Burger Bar

The food was good but the atmosphere was not. Yes the playlist was descent but it was so loud that the server couldn't hear us even when shouting, it was like being in a club but you're trying to eat and talk with your group. I understand the two serves times but they should organize it better. Servers just look frazzled and bombarded with so much that they aren't putting 100% on the service. And when you are leaving they crowd so many people in the entrance that it was impossible to walk around everyone.. overall extremely pretentious. Would not go back 😕

They ruined my son's 18th birthday!! I made a reservation here one month in advance. And when I called to change the number of persons attending...I was told that he was having a hard time changing the number so he added a second reservation with the additional number of people. They confirmed this the day before. When we got to the restaurant I found out that they did not keep the second reservation and they were confused as to how I had two reservations. So my group of 20 had to be separated and the restaurant did absolutely nothing to compensate me for my troubles. We got there at 6 ate at 7:30 and got kicked out at 8 p.m.. The waitress was very kind and tried to do make us happy by paying for some chips out of her own pocket. Meanwhile the manager and owner did nothing to ensure that his customers were content. This is my first time there and you can be sure that it is my last. The food wasn't even that great. I do not recommend going here unless you feel like getting treated like a number and not a customer. Very upset!!!!!

Good food, good service! Employees are friendly just like the owners. Decor is amazing I don't see why someone wouldn't like this place

Made reservations for 9 people they tried to set us up on different tables. That was after waiting 15 minutes after are reservation time. When we asked to get tables together they tried but before they found us new tables they gave our original tables away and still hadn’t found us tables, then we were told to wait for another group to finish up and take there tables which again were separated. I understand the restaurant is busy but don’t take reservations if you can’t honour them.
