Grâce à son suivi durant les cours j'ai pris de la confiance a faire les mouvements sans me blesser. De semaine en semaine ce dernier nous ajoute du poids pour améliorer nos performances. La grande question maintenant: est ce que ça marche pour la perte de poids? La réponse est oui car contrairement à ce que nous pouvons pensé du crossfit, ce sport est autant cardio que musculaire. Et pour ceux qui aimerai "augmenté" ne vous en faite pas car des gros poids il y en a!
