Canadian Tire

I booked an appointment through their website for mechanical service, but when I arrived, they didn’t take my car and simply rescheduled me for another day. There’s no point in offering online bookings if appointments aren’t going to be respected. It was a waste of time and a pointless trip to the shop.

Basic Canadian Tire. At self checkout, the women at the cash who couldn’t even look us in the eye or even say hello, Melanie, accused us of scanning a different item in place of the one we had.nnSuper insulting as she didn’t even say a word to us, just her colleague who confirmed it was the right item. Even after unlocking the cash, not a word or look..nnMaybe she needs to find something that makes her happier.

I had my car serviced a month prior at dealership, but thought it was time to check the brakes so I Scheduled an appointment for a vehicle inspection for: brakes charged. They called me 2hrs later to demand over 1,000$ of repairs, with no breakdown of costs and I wouldn't be allowed to recover my car since it was deemed a safety hazard. They had my keys so I couldn't even have it towed away. Nine hours after appointment they allowed me to recover the vehicule, on page 7 was Canadian Tire's vehicle inspection report: state of Brakes = ok it is noted that tires must be removed to inspect. My question: did entire brake assembly need to be replaced and why did the inspection say no. You need to remove the tires to replace the brakes, so inspecting them should have been easy. Or did you not even do that. Needless to say, I wasn't even able to leave the parking lot before a ruckus came from the brakes that I newly paid for. A mechanic in the parking lot, waved me back to the front desk. They offered to charge me a second inspection for that same day, because it wasn't the brakes according to the guy behind the counter. Do not buy a battery at Canadian Tire Repentigny. They do not honor the warranty before even before looking at the bill. Their reason to refuse replament of a 2y old d battery, they said it was neglect and decided it froze. Don't buy at Canadisn Tire. You call in the service and they answer the phone in a right state before you even talk to them. Famille Bucci bad service.

They didn't have the coffee brewed, and I would have to wait. Then for whatever the reason, they didn't have the savory pastry, that I wanted So, I had to go inside to chose, bc I was in the drive through. I waited while for the coffee as I was told it wasn't brewed yet. Was not happy with the wait.
