As of December 9, 2022, when I visited the store, lots of the Christmas things were on sale. But, be aware...not all things were 75% off. The signs placed around the Christmas items were a little deceptive. Written in small print is "up to" 75% off. You won't know what the discount on your item is, until you get to the cash or ask someone first.

Good experience. Couldn't find a couple of items but the staff were all vwry happy and willing to help me find them. I like the addition of self check out. Really speeds things up.

The store has at times the feeling of a zombie apocalypse aftermath... just that the power is still on. Perhaps my main complaint is associated with it? You will need to bring the original receipt along if you want to return something. Photocopy/Scan will not be sufficient except if you like to argue. Without... good luck. Home Depot has electronic billing, Canadian Tire let’s you return things. Apart from that, well organized big box store, nicely presented and the staff, if you find someone, at least know where to find things.

Mediocre experience with the staff. Online website shows quantity over 80 but staff reluctant to go and find it. They reply all inventory is displayed type of attitude.

Well organized merchandise. Beautifully decorated for Christmas items. Good quality of plants.

So now we're down to 1 cashier overseeing 4 self check-out counters. Thankfully we had our product codes handy from the outdoor bulk stone/masonry section otherwise I do not inow how long it would take to check-out. 29-aug-2022 13h00.

Received a Rona electronic discount coupon and this store refused to honour it as it was not printed - although the fine print says electronic format is fine. Not even an attempt to accommodate with customer service. Not cool. Won’t return.

Lots of stock. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. We got everything we were looking for. Check out their Christmas section. I wanted to buy all of it!

This is the good place to find some tools and fertilizer for garden. But it is always out of stock even I saw them are available on the Internet. :

Worst service for return! Waited so long to get someone to unload the item, and then the manager Daniel comes and takes the item inside, doesn’t say a word to the cashier and makes me wait more longer and leaves! Then he comes to tell her to return, doesn’t stay to put a special code to do the return. Then she has to call again! Clearly Lack of communication, worst service. Manager does not want to be there. I think he chose the wrong profession, if he doesn’t like serving customers then he should just quit and go home!
