They called me on my phone to actually bother me with a pre-recorded message about selling my property.  Now they just subscribed me to a mail list without my authorization, in flagrant violation of Canada laws.  Needless to say that I never worked with them and they had my informations from selling lists.  They are unprofessional, don't even take the time to actually call you who do you think you are to request a selling contract with a pre-recorder message ??, and uses illegal enlistment practises.  Don't work with them. I won't.

Great service and great people. Would recommend KW for all real estate transactions. They even do rental properties. Audrey is great!!

If you are reading this review, you have already started looking for other property or moved on from this agency after many follow ups. This agency simply wastes your time and money but can’t provide services in time. If you still wish to go with this agency, prepare to do huge follow up calls. Worst part is they don’t receive or return calls. Over 10 follow up they may answer you for one call and will tell you, they are still working and it will take time.   My recommendation don’t go for these guys. Just move on with other agencies. There are plenty to help you.

I tried to rent a furnished appartment with KW. Agent MA was very slow in responding, misleaded me two times that the apartment was available when it was not, and I was under the impression that I the customer was running after them all the time. Not a good experience.

Rude, unprofessional, incompetent. Will never work with them again.
