Jonathan Abrahams - Century 21 Real Estate Broker

Jonathan recently helped me to purchase my new condo. I had no experience to do this process but luckily he was there for the whole process. Personally I was looking for a realtor who can act fast (specially visiting properties, making and offer) , being trusted and can negotiate the prices on my behalf. After looking at a couple places we made an offer on my condo. For all the formal communications, he is using online tools and technology which really removes the overhead in this process. I highly recommend Jonathan.

Nous voilà nouvellement propriétaire et ce grâce à notre agent d'immeuble. Jonathan a été parfait du début à la fin : à l'écoute de nos besoins, excellente connaissance du marché de l'immobilier, connaissances en bâtiment, excellent négociateur, sans contrat ni contrainte. Nous avons tenté l'expérience seuls pendant des mois et l'énergie dépensée, le temps, le stress, la perte de propriétés par manque de stratégie nous a finalement fait regretter notre choix. Je sais que vous êtes plusieurs dans notre situation, je vous recommande fortement Jonathan pour vous aider dans vos démarches. Pour nous, en très peu de temps, nous avons trouvé la propriété que l'on cherchait sans faire aucun compromis.
