I went to Karen for a consultation and specifically asked if the lightsheer was safe for my darker skin color . I'm olived skinned . She said it was absolutely safe and she had many dark clients. I had an experience in the past for something completely different so I know to always ask alot of questions before anything! The first visit, I did my armpits only. On the second visit, I did my bikini and did everything she told me to do and what not to do .The area turned a black color after a few days. I texted her and she said it was superficial and she had seen this before on others and it would go away .she hadn't mentioned that during my consultation when i asked. She said I should not worry but the fact is, it's on my body and anyone would worry, it was painful and apparently on a low setting as she said but I suspect the setting was too high for my skin color and the heat created a large burn across my bikini . I did some research and found that this laser also isn't completely fitting for my skin type, and my advice is for anyone with darker tan skin, looking to do laser with this technology, should research it first and not just take anyone's word for it. I didn't go back. I told her i didn't want to continue and take risks and I had asked for a refund which was justified since she didn't divulge the correct answer after I asked her about possible burns. She didn't give the refund because she never answered me back. Principally, she should have given it. It's very important to do laser with a tech you can trust and who will be responsible with their work. Trying to minimize the severity of someone's burn after you worked on it says volumes - and then ignoring your client when you say you don't want to do more treatments and want a refund is not right either. Nice until a problem arises, it is unfortunate.
I came to KT Laser after mistakenly doing IPL for over a year with no results, and after only 2 sessions with Karen, the difference is almost unbelievable! She makes you feel extremely comfortable and at ease, and all your questions and concerns are answered truthfully. I’m extremely happy with my experience so far and I can’t wait to continue with laser. I will be recommending KT Laser to all!Service: Laser hair removal

Could not be happier with my experience. Not only am I thrilled with the results so far, but I feel comfortable and safe with the whole process. Karen answered all of my questions thoroughly and really takes her time to make sure I understand how the laser works. I'm never in any pain and feel very at ease while at the clinic. Amazing staff, special attention to their clients, I have very sensitive skin and they follow up with me to verify how my skin was responding. They explain every step and your comfort is top priority. Their new clinic space is beautiful and peaceful.
