Be careful of the pricing here...one price is advised and much higher when time to pay. Guy at front desk is completely useless and rude. Thinks people don't understand Vietnamese...some of us do! Talk bad about you and laughs. Service was ok but I have had better at my corner mall where the people are trust worthy of my business. Expensive, liars, rude people = you just lost a good customer. Don't go here! You'll regret it.

Place looks nice, fancy and the pedicure chairs are comfortable. They have amazing colors which a lot of other nail salons lack. BUT. Their service is HORRIBLE. They don't care about your nails.. I had strong nails before I went there and now my nails are weak and so thin. She removed the shellac on my nails the "quick" way because it was Sunday and they were busy I guess. She used the machine to removed all the shellac and as she was doing it I told her I can feel how thin my nails were now and she got mad saying she has 4 years of experience. Anyways 3 weeks later and I went back to my usual nail salon and they were shocked at how thin my nails are.. I'm so mad ! Specially that they're extremely OVERPRICED. I'm never going back here there's way better places that do their best and don't charge you an arm and a leg.

I am a person who has tried many nail places in the West Island. The most important thing to me is customer service and of course price. I usually go to Vicky nails on pierrefonds but, I opted to try Dahlia in Fairview mall yesterday. My experience was... the man and lady in the front ( who I believe are the owners) were not very friendly and very cold, the lady came across somewhat rude when I told her I only wanted gel and not acrylic nails. Didn't even tell me where to sit or go?? One of the nail Tecs who was texting on her phone told me to have a seat. Then finally the girl came to do my nails, which I opted for a change of polish ONLY. She did a nice job and She was friendly, THANK GOD! Anyways, here's the kicker... when it came time to pay the man in the front charged me 30$ plus tax!!!!!! I was very surprised as at Vicky nails it's usually $15 for a change of nail polish only, which is half the price! I guess they have to pay their expensive rent in Fairview! I won't be going back there again. If your looking for a friendly, clean environment with fair reasonable pricing, try Vicky nails on pierrefonds or Vicky at Rush coiffure on Pierrefonds. THEY END!

Really bad service, overpriced. After I got a pedicure, both my big toes got infected. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Worse service ever they screwing people just for money expired products and nails broke in tow day the manager is so impolite and could throw his customers out for 60$ never try this place and never trust them
