Their new location is really small. I wish they have more space. I wear hijab so it was so convenient for me to get my haircut at the old place since it was big and had a partition. Now unfortunately I can not get my haircut done since it's small and has no partition. But still good service. I still take my kids there to get a haircut. I recommend madame lubna. She's the best. And please work on keeping the place tidy.
Amazing Experience! Loubna is the only hair dresser I will ever trust touching my hair again! Amazing curtain bangs and layers:Service: Hairstyling
Roha and Judith were AMAZING. Truly some of the best service I’ve ever had from stylists. When I went to pay I was told I wasn’t allowed to tip my stylist. Not exactly sure what is wrong with this company that they do not allow their service industry employees to be tipped?? Hope they lose these wonder ladies to a salon that treats staff better! ***update: These wonderful ladies opened their own salon called Monse International in Pointe Claire on Donegani!! HIGHLY recommend going there and seeing them. They are phenomenal.
Good quality service. Fast and very professional Hairdresser.I would recommend when you don't have your hairdresser and need to change your look immediately
Loubna is super nice and sufficient. I really can’t say enough to explain my experience with Loubna :. She is amazing thats why i love going to industria . I highly recommend her!
Love this business! Prices are reasonable, and the staff is kind. Highly recommend Loubna, she does an amazing job.Service: Hairstyling
I made an appointment and went to this salon for the first time based off of Google reviews and the great look of the salon in the pictures. When I tried looking for it in Fairview mall I was told it was recently moved to the second floor. The 'salon' is a small store of hair products on shelves and in the aisles. The actual salon portion was at the very back of the store; it was a very small, run-down, cramped area consisting of maybe 5 chairs with mirrors with one sink at the very back flush to the wall. Think about half the size of your average medium-sized public bathroom; there was not much room to stand if you wanted to stay out of the hairdresser's way, and there was no other seating than the hairdressing chairs. There was no waiting area save a stool by the open entrance to the back room; otherwise you were literally standing in the middle of the hair product portion of the store. I thought at first I was in the wrong place as it looked like a hair product store that did low key haircuts as a side hustle. I went with my mother-in-law and she went first. Her current hair was about the length of your average bob cut, with no bangs. She explained to the lady she didn't want much cut off, she just wanted a trim and to have it styled. Rather than ask for details or make suggestions, the hairdresser said that my mother-in-law already had light layers it was not significantly layered and there really wasn't much to do with her hair since it was already short, and she didn't know what my mother in law meant by 'styling'. The hairdresser seemed like she really didn't know what she was doing. I have no complaints about the customer service. The ladies were kind, accommodating, and understanding. Whatever situation that led them to be working in this back room, it was clear they were trying to make the best of it. I tried to pull my mother-in-law aside so I could quietly express my concerns, but it didn't work out so well - and even though it was very awkward and obvious to everyone I had my doubts about them, the ladies remained pleasant and professional, and handled the situation in a very classy way. I sincerely apologize to the ladies for any embarrassment I caused them in front of other customers. Though I doubted the ability of the hairdresser we were assigned, I in no way will make assumptions about the talent of the others. It had nothing to do with the behaviour of the ladies, it was more that I just had a bad gut feeling about the place. It just all looked extremely shady and sus, from the weird hair product store + dingy back room combo to the questionable competency of the hairdresser we got. I don't want to assume the worst of them, but I am very curious as to why, if the salon were successful, they would move from what I hope was the beautiful spot in the pictures to the place they are in now. We cancelled our appointment and left.
The staff is great and the service is good. However they always say business is very slow, yet they never have room when I go. I usually go out of my way to see if there’s room because they never pick up the phone or return my voicemails. Will have to go somewhere new that can get back to clients
I always go here to get my hair cut with Armando & he does a great job. They also have a selection of hair products like hair paste for my needs. The recent change from Continental to Industria & downsize is unfortunate as I believe the quality of service will be degraded over time from what clients were used to.
