Great breakfast brunch spot, I got the groupon, but beware they want you to buy the Groupon a day in advance. Both of our crepes we're really good, I got the added cheese on mine. I thought the extra cheese didn't add much to mine. Overall really friendly and a good place to go! My iced latte was really good also.
The crepes we had were pretty good! Honestly, I didn't expect much and was pleasantly surprised! We tried one sweet and one savory - both held up! Staff were friendly and accommodating too!
They have sweet and savory crepes! Great place to dine for brunch with friends. Price is friendly for the portions. Drink menu is short but good. A must go if you visit the graffiti alley area.
Came here on a Friday evening and were the only ones there. The decor is cute, with lots of small plants. I liked the soft rock music they were playing. The service was excellent - the young woman serving us was friendly and efficient. I appreciated her asking if we'd like the savoury crepe first, followed by the sweet one to finish. We had one savoury crepe and one sweet one. The savoury one we went with was the "I am Peaceful", which is one of their vegetarian options. It came with basil pesto, spinach, tomatoes, and your choice of cheddar, mozzarella, or feta cheese we went with mozzarella. The crepe was a generous size, and had a good amount of fillings. The balsamic glaze that's drizzled on top gave the dish a nice flavour and paired well with the tasty basil pesto. I really enjoyed this one! For the sweet crepe, we had the "I am Unique", which is filled with dulce de leche and sliced bananas. Despite the overwhelming amount of dulce de leche, I feel like the crepe lacked sweetness and that classic dulce de leche flavour this one tasted mostly creamy, with little notes of caramel. Perhaps the dulce de leche used is different than the ones I've had in the past usually from Argentina. Overall, it was still a yummy and enjoyable crepe! We also ordered ice cream on the side. It was just OK - it actually had chunks of ice in it, which leads me to believe it's been in the freezer for quite a while. I would not order the ice cream again. I would definitely go back for the savoury crepe! For a sweet one, I would try one of their other options. Their nutella, strawberry, and banana one sounds quite delicious! We had a voucher which made everything a great value. Without it, I feel like the savoury crepe was a decent value, but the sweet one not as much. I rate this place a 5/5 with voucher, and a 4/5 without just because it's a little pricey for what you get.
The service is exceptional and thw decor is very cool!We managed to try some krepesz here through a groupon. However at regular price of 12$, we find these crepes to be a bit too expensive considering they are very simple crepes. Compare to other dessert spots where we struggle to share one dessert at a similar price, here we had no problem eating both and it seemed as though we could have eaten many more. Very cool place but it's price points, it's simple not worth for the quantity of food you recieve
Situated around Kensington Market, Krepesz has always been my want to-go cafes. It is a very cozy, small space and perfect for some me-time or hang out nights with friends. I attended a PaintNite event which they usually have, and the cafe is almost just reserved exclusively for the participants. I had this Strawberry-Banana Nutella crepe which is one of the famous menu on the sweet side. I am not a fan of thick crepe so I loved it instantly! If you would see, I alsk had their red sangria which is really good for the price you paid. Will definitely come back for more! Also, customer service is really great. The server really made me feel special thar night, very friendly too. As I did the paintnite alone. Heh.
A quiet and charming place in the heart of Kensington market. They accept Groupon deals. Tried their "I Am Classic" crepedilla and "I Am Chocolicious" crepe. The sweet crepe was delicious. The savory was decent as well. Crepedillas are a smaller version of their crepes and I found that size to be more of my liking. Chicken served here is halal. Price came out very reasonable with the deal. Recommended
Delicious made-to-order crepes in a cute little cafe, though a bit on the pricey side. I had the I Am Chocolicious crepe and my partner had the I Am Strong crepe. Both were very yummy!
food is alright, the crepes themselves are a bit dry to taste. the service is alright, there’s only one server and one chef, it’s a bit slow but considering it’s a one-person kitchen working situation, i’ll let it pass. i get it, takes time and effort to make them look good and taste good when making crepes, the fruits they use are fresh but still doesn’t justify the price, $14 plus tax for the chocolicious i ordered. overall the experience is okay, not excellent just alright.
Genuinely one of the blandest and most unappetizing crepes I've ever eaten. I had the i am peaceful crepe which was advertised as having pesto. There was pesto but it certainly got lost in the taste of the spinach and tomatoes. It overall tasted like stewed spinach. Not very appetizing. It would have been better if tthey had even a smidgen of salt in there. But no. And there were no salt shakers at the tables either just a rack near the front. My friend had the breakfast crepe and wasnt too happy with it either. I would rate this one except for the fact that the server was nice and the had great 90s early 2000s music playing which brightened up my mood = +1 star.
