I have to say, I enjoyed every single bite of the meal. We had the hot stone bowl rice set, with a couple of beers. Considering the quality, the price is very reasonable. Ideal for those who want a well-balanced meal. There was also plenty of room for bigger groups as well. Will be back!Food: 5/5

I came here with my parents and grandparents and we had a great experience. The marinated beef and pork were very flavourful, the soy marinated crab had lots of meat and had lots of flavour. All the side dishes were great too! Would definitely go againFood: 5/5

I came to Kosoo Coquitlam location for the first time and I was so impressed with the quality, taste and quantity of the food! They have a new lunch special menu It’s available Mon-Sun! Tried the Galbi BBQ set $28, Galbi stone bowl rice set $23, and Pork Galbi stone bowl rice set $18. Really amazing deal for what we got. I can’t wait to come back for more!

Probably one of the best Korean bbq experience for me. The side dishes were just so unique, the quality of meats was so fresh, everything was just amazing in taste. The service is top tier and I can’t say enough about this place. I’m not a fan of intestines but it was actually flavourful. The cold noodles was refreshing and hit the spot.

From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with big smiles and a warm welcome. They were like foodie fairy godparents, ready to guide us through the magical world of Korean BBQ.  What struck me right away was how friendly and knowledgeable the staff were. They weren't just servers; they were culinary wizards on a mission to make our dining experience unforgettable. Their excellent service added an extra sprinkle of joy to our evening.  One thing that impressed me was how impeccably clean and organized the restaurant was. I'm a bit of a neat freak, so I appreciated the attention to detail. It's reassuring when you can tell that a place cares about its presentation.  Now, let's talk about the star of the show: the food. Oh my, it was AMAZING! We had the pleasure of using a cast-iron pan for the BBQ, which added that perfect smoky touch to our meats. The flavors were out of this world, and I could've sworn I heard my taste buds doing a happy dance.  And here's the real cherry on top of the kimchi - we got to meet the mastermind behind it all, the owner and chef, Seungmin Han. He didn't just wave from the kitchen; he personally stepped out to help us with our food. It felt like we were getting an exclusive backstage pass to the culinary symphony happening in the kitchen.  If you're looking for a restaurant that offers not just great food, but a whole experience, then I highly recommend giving Kosoo Korean BBQ a try. I promise you won't be disappointed. We were excited to try this place as their restaurants in Downtown were excellent.  Fortunately we again weren’t disappointed both with quality, portion size, and service.  This restaurant serves excellent Korean food which I can confidently recommend for everyone.  Parking: Plaza doesn’t have dedicated parking lot so you need to park nearby street or at mall somehow.

I tried new menu and clam rice bowl was good. 10 different kinds of side dishes come with it. Next time, I will try famous DIY Korean BBQ!Food: 5/5

A friend suggested a lunch date at Kosoo Korean BBQ Coquitlam, and I am so happy. The food was absolutely delicious! We both ordered the L.A. Kalbi lunch set, and the beef was tender and well marinated. All the side dishes that came with the set meal were also so flavorful. Staff were all very friendly and very helpful. Can't wait to bring my family for dinner, next time.
