This place is amazing! It is a brand new restaurant. Greatest Korean Food I have ever eaten ! We got at least 5 dishes and all of them were delicious. They have spicy food, all types of meat, vegetarian options, etc. Great variety and the flavor was soooo unique! 100% I recommend this place.Food: 5/5
Amazing food, fast and kind services!! Definitely will visit again!! We ordered braised Kimchi and egg roll. Food came out fast with large quantity.Food: 5/5
Saw that this restaurant rebranded so thought I’d give it a try. So glad I did because it was so good. Definitely one of the best Kalguksu’s in the city. It’s also the sister restaurant to Nadri IYKYK so you know it’ll be good.Recommended dishesClams Noodles
Since it's under Nadri, I would write a review for this location. Food: The menu is not fully available during the soft opening. Cold noodles were delicious - light beef broth, thin sliced radish, and half boiled egg. Comes with vinegar and mustard. The fried chicken was crispy, lightly seasoned, and juicy. I was surprised that it came in a generous portion since it was part of a combo meal. Kalguksoo was a bit disappointed. The noodles lacked chewiness, and the soup had a diluted beef flavor. On the bright side, the beef rib was quite delicious, and it came with a dipping sauce. Favourite dishes: Cold noodle Service: Attentive and quick Environment: Busy during weekends. Recommend: Yes
Excellent restaurant, excellent service! Surprisingly, the food is extremely delicious! My friend and I ordered a lot, and every plate tastes so good. I ordered the beef rib kalguksoo, which was the best Korean cuisine I've ever had in Vancouver! You can tell the food ingredients are fresh and the serving size is big. The servers are friendly and always come and ask us if we need anything :D I will definitely be back to try other dishes. We really enjoyed everything about our visit to Kang's Kitchen ; Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area!!
The overall ambiance was really good because it was a new opening. Everything was new and clean. Service was great as well and the menu was well explained.Food: 5/5
Checked out Kang’s Kitchen for the first time and we are already planning our next visit! All the food is very authentic and well priced. The staff are super nice and accommodating. Definitely recommend checking this place out!
Amazing food & great prices! Service was quick as well. Very spacious so its great for groups too. Highly recommend this place for a good time!Food: 5/5
I have dined at Nadri Korean restaurant. This new restaurant is running by Nadri, so I definitely wanted to give it a try. It is a very typical Korea restaurant running by Korean. Space is quite big inside. Dining tables and seating areas are considered comfortable. Their famous dish was clam Kalguksoo. Their broth had a super “clam” flavour. Noodles were thick and chewy that I personally liked them. We also ordered the beef rib kalguksoo. The beef broth tasted great but it was a bit greasy that I could see a layer of oil on the surface of the broth. I visited this restaurant twice. I ordered their seafood tofu soup. It had a lot of frozen or dry octopus, some claim, a few small frozen shrimps, a lot of tofu, and an egg with soup. The quality was not as well as I expected. I had great seafood tofu soup somewhere else in Burnaby. The customer service was average. Each table had a bell. If customers needed something, they could ring the bell. A server would come and serve the table. The server was quite efficient. The pricing was reasonable and affordable. Would I recommend this restaurant to others? Yes. I think so. The restaurant is inside a complex, so don’t need to worry about parking but the parking lot is quite full during the dinner time.
Solid fresh Korean food - minimal MSG and even then super flavourful! Service is friendly, restaurant is clean, and prices are reasonable. Recommend the kalguksu, tangsuyuk, spicy squid with pork belly, bossam, and pancake!
