I had equipments for my palliative father through this company. The air bed broke and they wouldn't come and fix it. I had to put my dying father in a chair. They were rude on the phone when I called. It's so sad that they get the contract to provide equipment through the palliative program, but are unwilling to fix their own equipment. If I could score them lower I would.

My power wheelchair crapped out last night, no power whatsoever. The team at kchomemedical is fantastic. Leon figured he could get me up and running while we wait for parts. Thanks again

If there was a lower rating I would give it.  Very frustrating and dissatisfying experience with both Jocelyn and the service department in repairing the mechanism to operate the Braun door.  Do not expect this business to know what they are doing when it comes to wheelchair lift vans as they just do not have the expertise.

I’ve always been treated well, Jocelyn is my contact and has always returned my calls and emails.
