I visited here with my son for his first dentist visit when he was 18 months old. The assistants were very nice, but the dentist we saw was very rude. She walked in without saying anything to me and instructed the assistant to hold my son down. She looked in his mouth and muttered that his teeth were fine and walked out. I have never seen anything like it. We never went back and found a much better dentist.

Updating my review since speaking with the office manager (wasn't requested by them). So the reason for my review originally was because the play room smelled like puke, insurance hadn't been checked until my appointment was to start, and honestly the other clients waiting are what topped everything off and made me cancel the appointment and leave. A mom sat by the kids toys and told her daughter she was going to "beat her a**" among other profanities, including a racial slur I definitely didn't want my two year old hearing. I'm not a prude but I don't speak to my child in a degrading way and I don't think any child deserves that. Anyway, the office manager called and we talked it over. She was very polite/professional and cared about the experience I had. She explained the cleaning people were notified of the smell, I'll give them that lots of kids usually equate to bad smells. Insurance has to wait so they are most efficient and they had likely already been approved but were waiting for specific details from insurance. Then for the poor client behavior she always approaches people to remind them that the majority of clients are children and to please be mindful of the words they're using. I appreciated the follow up phone call and their desire to make things right.

As always, we got in, the kids had their cleanings and checkups and x-rays. My oldest had a chipped tooth smoothed out and fixed as well. We were in and out in no time, the care was fantastic, and the staff were all amzing and friendly! We look forward to our next visit!

It was amazing, I was a little nervous but Dr.Petty helped me through it she made sure I was okay. It was fast and easy I love my dentist
