Familia Dental

Staff is very friendly and easy to work with. Some of the doctors there need to learn how to speak to people. Some have been rude to me and my sons but we now request the dr we like and he is awesome

Horrible place. Worst experience I've ever had with office people. The insurace department is run by clowns. It took 5 months to get things straight. And even then they wanted to change the agreement. Save yourself a headache. Dont go.

I had a very poor experience with Familia Dental, but I don't blame this particular location for the experience I had. My first impressions of Familia Dental are that they are desperate for business. Every time you call their number, they always ask for referrals. Why would I refer someone to your company when I haven't even had my appointment yet? The next issue I ran into is that you can never speak to the location you will be visiting. All calls get directed to a call center, and let me just say, they aren't very professional at this call center. The mistook me for a child and asked to speak to my wife and I's parents, even though I gave them my date of birth when I initially made my appointment. They also called me multiple times within a 1 hour time frame to confirm my appointment. It is like they aren't very organized. My time is pretty valuable, and I feel like they didn't take that into account. With all the times they called me before my appointment, they didn't think to ever take down my insurance information, even after I asked if they needed it ahead of time. Since my appointment was on a Saturday (and I woke up early to be there), they couldn't run my insurance and wanted me to pay full price for my service. I walked right out of there, and I am thankful that I did after finding some more reviews online. Again, I don't blame this particular location for my experience. The receptionist at this location was great and very understanding of what happened. It is just a shame that their call center, the one thing all their locations rely on, and the first point of contact for their patients, is ruining customer's experiences and impressions of this dentistry practice before they even have a chance to walk in the door.

This Dental Clinic is the best I've been to in my life. Dr Godi has been beyond excellent with me and my daughter I would not ask for better treatment. He made us very comfortable and Courtney and Stephanie went above and beyond for us
