My experience at Aspen dental on Illinois Road was honestly horrible. I went in for an estimate for oral surgery and they were quick to say that their surgeon would in fact be able to do the operation, and they were very eager to take $500 from me just to schedule an appointment. The day of the operation, the surgeon refused to perform the operation and told me that I had to drive all the way to Indy for a CT scan. First of all, if the surgeon wasn’t sure about the operation in the first place, why wait until the day of to inform me of this CT scan he needed? I needed this operation done quickly, but in total it took them almost 4 months to tell me they can’t perform the operation. So after them eagerly asking me to put down money for an appointment, just to make me wait four months for them to tell me no was a huge waste of time. I will NEVER recommend anyone to go to aspen dental. I had a horrible experience and every time I called their office for any updates on the status of my operation, they always said they would give me a call back. But guess what, they never ONCE called me back within a 4 month span. Horrible service, horrible scheduling, and just an overall horrible experience. Never again will I be wasting anymore time at this unorganized company.

I have been here twice. Both times have not been great experiences. I was getting a couple cavities refilled and the first time the dental assistant, not the doctor, did the filling and she was training someone else. They didnt ask me if i was ok with this or anything before doing it. Because if they had i would have said no. Since my tongue was numb i couldnt feel how rough she left it and ended up having to go back for them to repolish it. The second time i went, they used WAY to much novacaine so my face was numb from my eyes to my lips. So i felt like i couldnt breathe because i couldnt feel my nose. Then the doctor who was doing the fillings didnt move my lip while he was working so i now have 2 pretty big sores on my lip and gum and again, my teeth are still rough feeling. And they used so much novacaine that my face numb for 5 HOURS after my appointment. So i called them the next day because im in way more pain than i should be and i want this fixed. They cant help me for 2 more days!! What am i supposed to do until then??

***** FRAUD......DECEPTION...........THEY OVERCHARGE....THEY SCAM....... THEY CHARGE MORE MONEY THEN A REGULAR DENTAL PRACTICE.
.........YOU REQUEST A WRITTEN ESTIMATE FOR MINOR DENTAL WORK ( $500)...........THEN THEY GIVE YOU A ESTIMATE FOR $10,000.... OF COURSE DENTAL WORK YOU DO NOT NEED..........JUST TO MAKE THE STAFF AND OWNERS FILTHY RICH!

I was a new patient looking for a dentist/facility that does nearly everything in house (whitening, extractions, etc). Each phase of treatment seemed robotic like with no one mingling in each others' piece of responsibility. Very weird. I was expecting a cleaning like I've received every 6 months for 40 of my 61 years and instead I was encouraged to pull all of my teeth and get a denture on the lower RATHER than just pull the one bad tooth. A "cleaning" was going to turn into a deep cleaning with some kind of gingival treatments AND a $135 Oral B toothbrush. My medical condition has made me prone to tooth decay and my dentists have fought along side me to help me KEEP my teeth, not pull them all. This place is a RACKET, a cash cow and my advice to anyone thinking about going is to RUN!
