Koja Cafe

I came here today and really enjoyed it. The ambience, the decor, the service, and the coffee were all fantastic, so was the pastry! I came in with my father and he loved it, he didn't want to leave, so we'll certainly be back. We each had a Turkish coffee and a shared a pastry. It was my first time having a Turkish coffee and it was really nice. I love local spots like this, and it's made better that the owner is really nice, and the coffee delicious. 5/5.

Traditional and cozy place to drink Persian handmade teas and coffee! This is a very cozy Iranian cafe in a pretty location. We were looking for a cafe which is open until late and we decided to go to Koja cafe. Classic and traditional hot and cold drinks in the menu are very good. We ordered 2 tea pots and 2 cakes which all were homemade. The owners and staff are very very welcoming and kind. The cups and plates were so traditional and nice which is rare in Vancouver! They also have many events there if you like to attend. Vary convenient location and close to seabus and stations.

This is a very quaint Persian coffee shop with really nice ambiance and really good pastries. Sitting outside gives you a decent view of the harbour. They have good well balanced coffee not too acidic and not too bitter. The baklava is great, not too sweet with a hint of saffron even if it has honey, nuts and a flaky pastry crust.

This local artistic cafe is really a hidden gem. This place has a character and a lot to offer. Their Turkish coffee, special unique teas you only can find here, their in-house made delicious pastries as well as the coffee shop atmosphere makes it one of a kind. They also support local artists by presenting and selling their work in their gallery. Give it a try as it’s totally worth it.

The most amazing little gem with outstanding food and great ambiance. There is so much thought behind their menu and service. The ingredients are very fresh, the food is creative and super-delicious and the price is reasonable. Their service is great and their presentation including for the tea amazing. Highly recommended. I had the Persian sampler and I can't wait to try more items.

This cafe is cozy and beautiful and has a great staff. Shenice baker gave me detailed instructions about the Turkish pastries I was going to try for the first time, and I took them out and had them with coffee at home and they were so delicious! Next time I'll try the Turkish coffee with baklava at the cafe! It is one of my favorite cafes in Vancouver. Thank you!

Great selection of specialty Persian teas and pastry. Really nice interior design with beautiful arts and the music selection is the best to fit the atmosphere. Highly recommended and I'll definitely come back again.

A beautiful and peaceful place! First time trying Turkish coffee and I love its strong flavor. Nice cream puff and SUPER-nice Zhoobin This hidden gem contains everything about art from my understanding; Definitely will come back.

I was blown away by the beauty and care put into this new cafe! One block from Lonsdale you find a sweet hide away with a view to the harbour. Strong coffee and delicious pastries on offer. A very welcome addition to the area. Bonus gallery on site with paintings and handmade items.

Delightfully appointed oasis is a hidden gem. Quince Tea and Spinach Feta turnover. Both delicious. Kind and courteous staff. Lots of vegan and vegetarian options. Stop by, gets some tea and relax..it is a great place to get lost in your thoughts!
