Some really great staff here, but I've also encountered a couple that had very poor customer service.  I normally only do positive reviews, but I was really turned off by experiences here.

Great place to shop. Seems like they are in a hurry all the time. I went there before a vacation and they did leave a die tag on pair of shorts I purchased before leaving town and couldn't ware them because that.

After seeing my card, I was thanked by name. Jim was very friendly and asked if I was happy with my shopping experience. I live in MD and the store and clerks were so much friendlier. Thanks Kohl's.

Always a fun place to shop!! But a few of the cashier's are loud and pushy,I don't want to be pressured into getting a Kohl's card. I always try to avoid these cashier's.
