I was in a weekish ago. I was greeted the moment I walked in which was nice and was browsing around was asked if I needed help by various employees which was nice, I’m doing early Christmas shopping and went to find a specific thing I asked the beauty girl that was working if they had said item I was looking for she very rudely said I don’t know and just walked away and didn’t bother to look or help me she didn’t seem to know her job very well and blew me off, I glanced at her nametag because her attitude and customer service skills were sub par it started with an M I believe, I carried on found the item I was looking for and moved my way through the store. It’s messy, a little disorganized in a lot of places and the racks are packed with stuff it deters me from wanting to continue my shopping, I still continue on, annoyed at this point. I take my finds and coupons and go to check out and I’m heckled by an older lady trying to push the store card on me I said no 3 or 4 times and she kept putting the discount on to “show me” what I’d save I was hoping it would be a quick in and out of the checkout but it wasn’t due to her talking to other people while helping me,trying to pressure me into a card and then heckle me for the survey it made me very uncomfortable and I as I stopped at the door to grab my keys I heard her talking about me to a coworker as I’m not even out of the door yet!!! Chances are I won’t be in this store again and I’ll just shop kohls online.

I thought this was a very organized, clean, nice selection store with good prices. But i never got past the bags at the front (i was on a mission), however staff and hours were great. I'd go back tomorrow if i could to check out the rest of the store (it reminded me of the Bay)

The store was clean. Prices were good. I didn't see employees to ask questions except at the register.

When the wife is in there shopping and the kids and I are with her, we like to play a game of trust. We take turns guiding each other (eyes closed) around the maze of shelves, trying not to make the other rub into anyone or anything. Definitely makes the time go faster..even with all the stares, I'm sure we get!

Always clean and will organized. Easy to find things and employees to talk to if you can't find it. Nice to shop in peace and not be berated all the time
