Best Buy

Purchased washer/dryer set, TV, and surround system after relocating. Customer service met my needs, but didn't exceed any expectations. Didn't feel energy or enthusiasm from most of the associates working. Went back to look at cell phones and quickly walked out. It was clear that the associate working in the wireless department didn't want to be there. I will only go back if I need something that's in stock and they are willing to price match an online retailer. Not recommended.

It's a Best Buy. It's good for purchasing items in-store, but don't bother trying to reach any customer service over the phone. You'll sit on hold for a few minutes, the phone will then act like it's ringing through to someone and it will then hang up on you.

I have had great luck with Best Buy and have purchased my last three computers from them. The last Apple computer I bought came defective from the manufacturer. I brought it back and it was quickly replaced with another computer that works great. Most of the people who work here have some knowledge on the products they are selling and are a big help with making selections.

If I could give Best Buy in Grand Forks, ND a “0” I would! Audio tech knows nothing about wiring vehicles and putting them back together!!!

Average Best buy, no gimick, trained staff, higher than usual prices than online stores, but if you want it now, this is a good place to start.
