When dealing with Justin, he continuously came across to my fiance and I as a down-to-Earth and interpersonal individual. Despite the stress of having to consider all the things one must think through when moving, the two of us had quite the joy spending time with him in each open house and every step in between. He was very thoughtful in how he put us at ease as he guided us through the process. What can I say, it was an absolute pleasure working with Justin Koh (and his team). He made the process of selling my home easy and explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions and concerns. He was very professional and worked hard to make sure there were appointments set up for the viewings and the set up of the open house. He even helped us pack a few items on our last day. Provided advise on the importance of staging (interior and exterior) our home to sell. And, it worked out perfectly - it was sold in two days and over asking! I would highly recommend Justin Koh whether you are selling your home or looking to purchase.

Worked with Justin on both buying and selling. Really knowledgable and did a FANTASTIC job on showing our home and always reviewed with me about all the feedback.
