Very unique setup, they have a little store front but you order everything online and pick it up or get it delivered. They have a very unique drink assortment. We got the mrbeast burger and it was fantastic. Will be going again.
A unique setup offering takeout of a variety of menus/collaborative kitchen concept. Food was prepared quickly and well packaged. The chicken was crispy, hot, and juicy. Could have used a little acidity of pickles or something; should have ordered more!
Honestly. I think this is the best veggie ramen I’ve ever had. I’m still eating it and I had to stop to make sure I left a review right now. Thank you for accommodating my request as well!
Overall I'm happy with the food I received here. Everything tastes very fresh and well prepared. Seasoning and flavors are good for modern Asian cuisine. Price is a little bit high given the portions and sizes. The Korean fried chicken has great flavors and is fried pretty well. The chicken is juicy and flavorful, and the batter is as good as it can be for takeout. The dynamite bowl was very well prepared and refreshing. It had a great combination of flavors and textures. The spicy tonkatsu white ramen's broth was too salty in my opinion but had good spice and the meat on top was excellent, though also a bit salty. The noodles were slightly overcooked. The baos were disappointingly small given their price and I wish they'd stuff them a bit more generously.
I have eaten here twice! Both experiences have been very enjoyable and the food and service excellent! I am a big fan of the Oshi! The Lychee Lemonade tastes like a Mojito!! and Honey Yuzu Iced Tea are fantastic! Highly recommend! The prices are on the higher end of my budget, and I would only eat here occasionally for that reason. Best to go with a few people and share a few things to experience more options and keep the cost down if you are wanting to try something other than a bowl of ramen. **Update** Third visit during Happy Hour, prices are budget friendly! Chicken Karaage and Ebi Mayo were recommended by Kevin and were delicious! **Update March 2020** After many meals at Ko, I’ve rated it as one of my top restaurants to dine in or take out in Saskatoon! Consistently delicious food and amazing service!!
Do not use the Ko website delivery service to order. We tried to use the Ko website instead of Uber as I understand these services can cut into the profits of the restaurant. The Ko website offers a generic arrival time 45-75 minutes after the order is placed, but it's now clear there is no tracking mechanism in place after that. There are no updates on whether food is prepared or arrival time. Almost two hours after a sizeable order was placed we contacted Ko to ask about where our food was - they said they had no idea and they would contact the driver and call us back. After another 10-15 minutes we called again and they said they couldn't' reach the driver and still had no idea. I asked if they could make the food again and send it out right away and they offered to refund us instead. If you have to order from them definitely do not use the Ko website delivery option, get some kind of security through a delivery service unfortunately.
Tried for the first time yesterday and it was fantastic! Will be visiting again. Had a number of items but my favourites were the Kimchi Pork Don Bowl, Cali Heat Bao Bun. And the Lychee Lemonade is so refreshing.
Went here with my best friend for a Friday night supper, got seated within 17 minutes, it was quite busy when we got there at 830pm. Atmosphere was both classy and laid back. The food is quite on the pricier side. We ordered Takoyaki and Chicken Karaage. First few bites of the karaage was amazing but after that first bite, I noticed that it heavyly seasoned with salt - and this was my takeaway for the food that we ordered ramen included. Presentation of food was well done and the server we had was quite attentive. The music could be dim down a bit, I found myself raising my voice to talk with my friend, definitely a clubby/bar restaurant feel to the place. Overall it was a decent experience, I would go back and try their other food. Can't say much about the washroom, didn't have the chance to use it Thanks
Their spicy chicken ramen is my ‘go-to’ comfort soup. I crave it all the time. I moved to Alberta and have yet to find a ramen that compares. Every time I go to Saskatoon, it is on my list of stops. Amazing!
Food was good...my wife called in for wing Wednesday, 20 wings for $20 and they charged us $28. When we asked why the difference they said you had to order online. Why not tell us that when we called. Felt ripped off and probably won't go back.
