Visited this place to try out their sushi and they were great! I had the Sunshine Roll and a few more selections. The taste was great and their service was prompt and pleasant. Make sure you make a reservation as it can be pretty full especially on their busy nights. Overall, the price point was not too bad and the experience was awesome.
My go-to sushi spot. Way better than all of those all you can eat places. The quality is top-tier, prices are very reasonable and I love the presentation of food. athe restaurant itself is super cute and all the employees are so kind. Update: Went there with my family for my birthday and we had a wonderful experience! Shared some sushi and sashimi boats and they were delicious, very high quality and worth the money! Service was amazing and they even gave us free ice cream for the occasion! Thanks so much :
What a great experience at Sushi Raku. It's a little bit pricier than other sushi restaurants in town but well worth it. The ingredients were very fresh and the servers were great at explaining all of the dishes as they came. Will be back for sure. Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian options. Parking: Lots of spots right outside the restaurant.
Had a great dinner here. The best Japanese restaurant in town. Everything we tried was delicious and presentation was amazing. They are very friendly and the service is superior as well. Highly recommend. Give it a try!
Really happy with this omakase nigiri set! For $25, this is the real deal. The rice size accompanies the fish size perfectly. The seared salmon belly was my favourite piece. Good amount of ginger. Will definitely visit again if I am in town. I am originally from Toronto so something like this costs a lot more. Very good value and fresh fish!
In my opinion, this is the best sushi stop in Saskatoon. Menu is rich in options for Japanese kitchen. We typically go for Special sushi and never got disappointed. This time we tried Takoyaki for an appetizer and it was excellent. Staff has always been friendly. Nice to have a pation for an option. Whenever feeling like sushi, never think twice. This is the place to go!
Best sushi I’ve had in a long time. Fresh and generous cuts of fish on top the rainbow roll. Even the ginger & wasabi was fresh & great! Being able to eat outdoors on the patio was a bonus
The place is so nice and clean, I love that you can see the chefs preparing your food. The portions are surprisingly reasonable! For such a diverse menu they have really good food. The dynamite rolls are a bit large but they're cut thin enough you can still eat it in one bite. I'm also really surprised with the sashimi sizes as well, I got a double order of the salmon expecting a small small plate but instead it was the perfect amount. The bento boxes are super cute and surprisingly filling. All in all, the food and atmosphere is great.
First time at Sushi Raku, very pleased and satisfied. Our young Korean waitress was very helpful, the food was simply delicious. Certainly one of the best sushi places I have had the pleasure to visit ! We will joyfully be back during our next visit to Saskatoon. I would recommend without any hesitation.
My favorite sushi place taste and the ambiance. Took sushi boat and these as appetizers, would recommend this place to everyone looking for fresh sushi and sashimi in town.
